Your Resident Services Coordinator and your Petra Management team has begun using the monthly newsletter to communicate important information and reminders. Every resident will receive a copy delivered to your door and you can find a link to past issues at the top of this page. Please take a moment to look over each issue to stay informed! Office Staff – Office staff is on site regular business hours, 8:30am-4:30pm Monday thru Thursday. Residents feel free to stop in 11am to 2pm, Monday thru Thursday.
Management & Rent Recertifications– Recerts will continue to be “contactless”.
RSC- Resident Services Coordinator’s are available by appointment. Please call your RSC for information and resources. Watch for announcements.
