Joan F. Lyon, a Founding Incorporator of Petra Community Housing, passed away on June 3rd, 2026. Her commitment to increasing affordable housing for low-income persons in our area, particularly the elderly and the disabled, fueled her service to Petra from 1994 to 2021.
